Louise Tremblay and Pierre Paquet successful in Quebec Court of Appeal

On February 16, 2015, the Quebec Court of Appeal maintained unanimously the Superior Court’s judgement rendered in favour of our client, Oracle Corporation Canada Inc. in Aliments Breton (Canada) inc. vs. Oracle Corporation Canada inc., 2015 QCCA, 336 (CANLII).

This judgement confirms the dismissal of a multi-million dollar claim and is a very important precedent from a perspective of analysis of the rules to be observed by the contracting parties for the installation of an integrated computer system.
