On December 1, 2016, Gerald Chipeur, QC testified before the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee of the Senate in Bill S-230, An act to amend the Criminal Code (drug-impaired driving). The Senate of Canada is considering legislation to authorize oral fluid test devices to assist police in addressing drug-impaired driving.
