Loi canadienne antipourriel (LCAP)

La loi canadienne antipourriel, officieusement connue sous le nom de « LCAP », est une loi parmi les plus contraignantes dans le monde. Ces dispositions législatives ont de nombreuses répercussions sur les communications des particuliers et des entreprises, notamment lors de l’envoi de courriels, de messages textes, de messages par l’intermédiaire des médias sociaux ou de toute autre forme de communication électronique à des tiers au Canada, que ce soit à des entreprises, à des consommateurs ou à des particuliers.

Miller Thomson a constitué un réseau d’experts qui ont pour mandat d’aider les entreprises et les particuliers à comprendre leurs responsabilités à cet égard et à mettre en place des mesures de gestion de leurs communications électroniques afin de ne pas contrevenir aux exigences de cette loi.
