We are seeking a full-time Intermediate/Senior Legal Assistant in our Business Law Group located in our Calgary Office. In this role your will provide administrative support on a shared basis. Working as a team member in this busy environment, this role requires an individual with strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be an experienced assistant who can assist our lawyers in the management of their practices.
To be successful, you should have a minimum of six (6) years’ experience as a Legal Assistant and a Certificate or Diploma from a Community College or equivalent.
This position requires someone with strong administrative and organizational skills. The incumbent must be able to work well under pressure, multi-task, prioritize work and take direction. A team oriented approach and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are also essential. The successful candidate should also have strong typing skills, exceptional written communication and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word.
