Our Expertise
Members of Miller Thomson’s litigation department have specialized expertise in representing clients involved in labour disputes, including, among other things, organizing security during a strike, providing workshops to non striking employees about their rights and obligations during a strike, and obtaining court injunctions where necessary to restrain unlawful picketing.
Our team works closely with management and security to ensure effective communication with the police, and that there is appropriate documentation of evidence necessary to obtain injunctive relief.
