Our Services

• Duncan v. Baddeley- where the firm was instrumental in changing the law for fatality claims in Alberta.
• Olson v. General Accident Assurance Company- where the firm represented a seriously injured plaintiff who continued to work following his accident.  The firm recovered a large award for future loss of income on the basis of reduced working capacity.
