Our Family Law team has significant expertise and an in-depth understanding of family law issues. Our lawyers are able to draw on the support of an extensive network of professionals and work closely with other members of the Firm, including those specializing in tax, real estate, wills and estates, and commercial transactions. We also have access to a network of family counsellors, child protection workers, and custody/access investigators.

Our lawyers have also developed an expertise in dealing with situations involving international or interprovincial aspects, having been involved in a number of cases requiring the application of private international law and foreign laws.
