Profile

Marko Djurdjevac is a partner in the Condominium Practice Group of Miller Thomson LLP in Toronto. He has extensive experience in all aspects of condominium law and has represented and advised numerous condominium corporations and unit owners.

Marko is the author of Halsbury’s Laws of Canada - Condominiums, a legal text on condominium law across Canada. He has also written articles on legal matters for condominium publications and has been interviewed by media outlets such as The Globe and Mail and City-TV for his comments on condominium law issues.

Marko is also a Certified Arbitrator (ADR Institute of Ontario) and acts as mediator or arbitrator of condominium disputes. He is the co-author of the mediation and arbitration teaching materials used for a top level condominium course offered by the Canadian Condominium Institute-Toronto and Area Chapter (CCI-T).

Marko has been a speaker, instructor, and moderator at Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI), Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), and other condominium industry conferences and seminars.
