Overview
Carol Karlonas is a Real Estate and Estates Paralegal in the Regina office of Miller Thomson LLP. Carol has worked with Miller Thomson (formerly Balfour Moss) in various capacities since 1987. Since 1998, she has assisted lawyers and clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions, farmland acquisitions and financings, and wills and estates. She is responsible for drafting security documentation in connection with commercial lending transactions, as well as drafting estate-planning documentation and applications with respect to obtaining letters probate and letters of administration, and resealing of foreign grants from jurisdictions outside Saskatchewan.
Carol has also provided assistance to numerous other law firms across Canada with registrations under the Personal Property Registry.
