Benoît Gascon practices securities law and is a Partner in the Montréal office of Miller Thomson.
He acts as counsel for issuers and investment brokers in public and private issues of securities of small and medium sized businesses. Mr. Gascon has namely acquired a vast expertise in reverse takeovers, the financing of capital pool companies, the Québec Stock Savings Plan II and flow-through shares. Furthermore, he provides counsel to various private and public corporations and advises his clients in the negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts.
He has also regularly participated as a lecturer in a number of training programs given by the TSX Venture Exchange.
