Eric Davis quoted in article on surplus farm severance

August 11, 2016 | Eric Davis | Kitchener-Waterloo

Eric Davis, who practices municipal & planning law, comments that “[p]rovisions in Official Plans or zoning bylaws that regulate users of land rather than uses of land are generally unenforceable under the Planning Act.”
