The intersection of PPSA and real property law in Ontario is not always well understood, but can become important very quickly in many circumstances. In this session, we will explore the competing statutes and cases that are relevant in the perfection and enforcement of security interests affecting real property, and give some practical suggestions for dealing with these issues.
