On January 19, 2018, Ynvisible Interactive Inc. (formerly Network Exploration Ltd.) (TSXV: YNV) announced that it had closed its previously announced prospectus offering, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option, raising gross proceeds of approximately $4.6 million.
Dwight Dee and Erika Lai of Miller Thomson advised Haywood Securities Inc. which acted as agent in this transaction.
