On May 12, 2015, Wave Accounting Inc., the Toronto-based small business accounting software provider, raised a $10 million Series C round of funding via Menlo Park’s Charles River Ventures, Social+Capital Partnership and an unnamed strategic investor in the global financial tech software space, as well as longtime contributor OMERS Ventures.
Miller Thomson advised Wave in this financing with a team that included Richard Leblanc, Robert Stewart, Max Spearn and Corey Yermus.
