On July 1, 2016, Knight Automotive Group acquired Village Ford Lincoln Sales Ltd., allowing the shareholder of the target to implement his succession strategy while ensuring the continued growth and success of the business.
Village Ford is a single-location Ford and Lincoln dealership located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Knight Automotive Group features 15 dealership locations throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, with 11 brands of vehicles.
Miller Thomson advised the vendor in this transaction with a team that included Glen Lekach, Dezarae Senft and Shayne Barrie (corporate/M&A) and Stewart Berringer (real estate).
