Effective July 4, 2016, Riverside Hyundai was acquired by Wyant Group for an undisclosed consideration and renamed Lakeland Hyundai.
Lakeland Hyundai is a premier retailer of new and used Hyundai vehicles in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Wyant Group represents some of the world’s foremost automotive brands through more than a dozen dealerships across Saskatchewan and British Columbia.
Miller Thomson advised the seller with a team that included David Gerecke and Fraiba Jalal.
