On September 28, 2017, OV2 Investment 1 Inc. (TSXV: OVO.P), a Capital Pool Company, announced that it had completed an initial public offering of common shares to raise aggregate gross proceeds of $500,000. Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as agent with respect to the offering.
