Effective February 15, 2016, Masterfeeds, an Alltech company, acquired 100% of the shares of Keymatch Corporation (operating as Feedmatch).
Masterfeeds is a leading feed manufacturer headquartered in London, Ontario. Keymatch is one of Ontario’s leading premix companies and is based in New Hamburg, Ontario.
Miller Thomson was counsel to Masterfeeds in this transaction with a team that included Kristina Shaw, Ryan Done and Farah Rohoman.
