On February 16, 2016, Wainbee Limited, one of Canada’s leading providers of MRO and engineered solutions for hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical systems, announced the acquisition of Leading Edge Automation Inc., based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Leading Edge Automation has provided integrated services for industrial drives and automation control products for over 20 years.
Leading Edge Automation will become the new Drive and Control Division of Wainbee, and combined with Wainbee’s portfolio of products, engineering and distribution network capabilities, uniquely positions Wainbee to service the Canadian market with a comprehensive portfolio of motion & control solutions.
