Michael Morcom, Stefan Mirkovic (banking AB), Brian Wells, Allen Fowlis (corporate), So Yin Woo (banking BC), David Reynolds (banking ON) and David Gerecke (banking SK) advised a pan-Canadian distribution and logistics company on the negotiation of a $65 million asset-backed lending facility with a syndicate of lenders and $16.5 million real estate term and evergreen facilities with an Alberta-based financial institution.
