Keywords Studios acquires GVGS and Enzyme Testing Labs

On November 17, 2016, Keywords Studios plc announced that it had acquired Global Video-Games Services Inc. (“GVGS”) together with its subsidiary companies including its principal trading entity, Enzyme Testing Labs Inc. (together “Enzyme”) from its founders, Yan Cyr and Emmanuel Viau and Fonds d’investissement de la culture et des communications (FICC).

Keywords Studios is the world’s leading technical services provider to the global video games industry, with headquarters in Dublin and facilities in Rio de Janeiro, Montréal, Québec City, Portland, Mexico City, Los Angeles, Seattle, Tokyo, Singapore, New Delhi, Pune, Rome, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid, Taipei, Shanghai, Beijing, Manila, Hamburg, Paris and London.

Enzyme is based in St-Jérôme, Quebec and has offices in Montréal and Kawasaki, Japan. Enzyme’s strengths are in functional QA and localization testing of video games for leading game publishers and developers.
