On November 24, 2016, FDF Food Service Consulting Ltd. of Vancouver, British Columbia completed its acquisition of Hildebrand Restaurants (1990) Ltd., also of Vancouver. Hildebrand held all the shares of Rickey’s Family Restaurants Ltd. not already owned or controlled by FDF.
