On August 21, 2017, E3 Metals Corp. (TSXV: ETMC) (FSE: OU7A) announced that it had completed a fully subscribed private placement, which included a combination of non-flow through common shares and flow through common shares.
E3 Metals focuses on developing lithium in an efficient and environmentally responsible manner including the development and potential repurposing of oil and gas infrastructure in Alberta to produce lithium.
