On January 8, 2018, BC mineral exploration firm Clarmin Explorations Inc. completed its initial public offering of common shares. Haywood Securities Inc. acted as agent. Clarmin’s common shares subsequently resumed trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “CX”.
Miller Thomson advised Haywood with a team that included Dwight Dee and Erika Lai.
