Effective June 30, 2017, private equity firm Argyle Capital Partners acquired Central Mine Supply Co. Ltd., one of Western Canada’s largest independent distributors of underground mining supplies and solutions headquartered in Saskatoon.
Miller Thomson advised Central Mine Supply and its shareholders in this transaction with a team led by David Gerecke and that included Fraiba Jalal (corporate/M&A) and Bryant Frydberg and Regan O’Neil (tax).
