On February 16, 2018, CDP Investissements Inc. acquired an equity stake in Groupe Conseil FX Innovation Inc.
CDP Investissements Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. Groupe Conseil FX Innovation Inc., based in Montréal, is an IT service provider specialized in optimization of IT and communication business solutions.
