On July 19, 2017, Califfi Capital Corp. completed its initial public offering of common shares by way of prospectus dated May 26, 2017 through its agent PI Financial Corp. Aggregate gross proceeds were $500,000. Califfi’s common shares have been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading CFI.P.
