On May 5, 2017, Bow Plumbing Group was sold to a holding of Gilles Cyr and two other unnamed Quebec investors, for an undisclosed consideration.
Bow Plumbing Group, headquartered in Mont-Royal, Quebec, is one of North America’s leading manufacturers of plastic pipe and fittings for the residential and commercial construction industry. It has a manufacturing plant located in Granby, Quebec and markets its products in both Canada and the United States.
Miller Thomson advised Bow Plumbing Group in this transaction with a team that included Simon Labrecque, Stéphanie Normandin, Éloïse Gagné and Grégory Morin-Maltais (corporate/M&A) and Alexandre Ajami (IP).
