On March 13, 2018, Aumento Capital VII Corporation (TSXV: AUOC.P) announced that it had completed its initial public offering of common shares conducted by way of a prospectus. The Corporation is a Capital Pool Company as defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
