Litigation Legal Assistants

We are seeking Litigation Legal Assistants to join our Toronto office. Supporting our professionals in the litigation practice area, the incumbents should have a minimum of two years experience as a Legal Assistant and a legal secretarial Community College Diploma or equivalent. Experience/exposure in litigation is a must.
To be successful, you are a superstar organizer who has the technical knowledge and experience of handling a litigation files from start-to-finish. Your tasks will include, but will not be limited to, opening files, setting up pleadings, as well as administrative support. Note that in this role you will need to be resourceful, be able to maintain client contact, fast turnaround and juggle your other tasks with ease. All with the utmost attention to top-quality, error-free work.
Attention to detail and a quick turnaround time is your calling card. You are able to provide consistent, quality support for changing needs.
