Legal Assistant - Tax/Business Law/Private Client Services

We are seeking a Legal Assistant for a full-time position, supporting two Partners and two Associates in a 4-on-2 Tax, Business Law and Private Client Services share.
To be successful in this role, you possess:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in the area of Tax and/or Corporate/Business Law.
- A legal secretarial Community College Diploma (or equivalent combination of work experience),
- Strong organizational skills.
- Desire to be a key contributor to practice administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills/
- Quick turnaround time
- A keen eye for detail
- Discretion
- Professional, entrepreneurial attitude.
The working hours for this team are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
